With Colissimo, choose your delivery method: to your home or to a relay point, it’s as you prefer. Participation in delivery costs is free, in metropolitan France, from : - orders of €56.00 incl. tax via Colissimo home delivery with signature - orders of €49.00 incl. tax via Colissimo delivery to post office, pick-up or relay point. For all orders lower than these amounts, delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of the order and the destination. For shipments outside mainland France, refer to our general conditions of sale.

If placed before noon, your order is processed the same day. Otherwise, it will be processed the next business day. When your order is prepared and shipped, it is delivered by COLISSIMO with tracking in mainland France, Corsica and Monaco, within 48 to 72 hours guaranteed by La Poste. A delay of 2 to 5 days can elapse between your placing of order and the arrival of your package.

Payment for your order can be made by credit card. Your bank details are encrypted (SSL mode) and are never known or stored by Théophile Berthon. Payments made on our website are transmitted securely to the PAYBOX payment partner

After confirming your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This contains the following information:

• the order number
• the date of the order
• the list of items ordered
• the total amount of the order
• the desired type of delivery.

As soon as your order is prepared, you will receive a new email with your Colissimo tracking number.

Your invoice will be automatically generated based on the billing information you have provided. You can consult, download and print it via My Account. For all other questions, do not forget to read our FAQ, where you will find a lot of other information.
